The 86-year-old Bollywood actor, Dilip Kumar, has been rushed to the hospital and diagnosed with malaria and dengue. The actor has now been admitted in Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai on June 28, 2009 and is now showing a speedy recovery.

As revealed by the doctors of the hospital, the actor would be there in the hospital for another 2 — 3 days. The reports confirm that the actor has positive signs of malaria and dengue. At the time when he was admitted in the hospital, he was suffering from very high fever and respiratory disorder. The doctors declared that the WBCs and platelet count of the actor has shown a gradual increase and that the BMC has found traces of dengue mosquito at his residence. This is the reason the doctors suspected the actor to be dually affected.

The actor is now on a soft diet and has not responded negative since the beginning of the treatment.

Bollywood is shocked but the news is confirmed now. The DNA tests conducted confirm the news that the star actor of Bollywood, Shiney Ahuja raped his maid servant. The actor was arrested on being accused of sexually assaulting his 18-year-old maid servant but now no more speculations as the reports have confirmed that the actor had sex with the maid.

The handsome actor was taken into police custody on June 15 and has been in judicial custody in Arthur Road jail situated in Mumbai. The DNA of Shiney Ahuja is same as the sperm found on the clothes of maid servant. The bed sheets and clothes were taken as the materials to be used for DNA tests. The interim physical examination of the maid servant had also confirmed that the maid had been sexually abused and that there were severe injuries on her private organs, which confirmed forced physical relations.

The blood and urine reports of the actor also unleashed the fact that he was not drunk or intoxicated in any form.

Protest against racial discrimination in Australia

Australia has emerged as a new land where racial discrimination is being practically observed these days. Ina fresh case, two more Indian men have been assaulted and attacked by Australians in Sydney on June 28, 2009. Two juveniles have reportedly struck these Indian men with beer bottles.

As per the police sources, these Indians got into a heated argument with the juveniles at Sydney’s CBD. The police, however, tried to conceal the identity of the victims but the media has confirmed that these were Indians. Both these Indian men, 20 years in age, were rushed to Sydney hospital, where they got medical treatment for their injuries. The victims have now been discharged from the hospital.

The accused hail from Peakhurst and Hurstville respectively. They have been charged with two counts of assault and conditionally bailed to be produced in a Children’s Court’ on July 20 as both of them are minors.

The dead body of pop icon Michael Jackson has been handed over to the family by the Los Angeles County Coroner’s office after the autopsy tests had been conducted.
