Here’s another turn in Shiney Ahuja’s court case where he has been denied bail by the court. In a local court of Mumbai, a serious turn in Shiney Ahuja’s case (where he has been accused of raping 18-year-old maid servant) came when the judge rejected his bail plea and instad ordered his judicial custody to be extended until July 16, 2009.

Today was the last day of judicial custody of this handsome Bollywood actor. So he was produced before the Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate Court court by the Mumbai police. The actor had earlier file a bail petition requesting the court to grant him fail for the sake of his unfinished projects and on the grounds of his clean past record and good family background.

The actor has been charged with section 376 under Indian Penal Code.

Shiney Ahuja appears to be unmoved by the DNA reports that put on a hallmark on his character that he is a rapist. The judicial custody of the actor will come to an end on July 2 after which the actor wishes to be immediately granted a bail. And guess what is the basis on which he seeks this bail so desperately?

The reason that he has stated in the bail plea is his ‘good family background’ and ‘no past criminal records’ and a long list of remaining Bollywood projects. The defence lawyer of Shiney Ahuja, Shrikant Shivade, put across the point to the magistrate that his client, Shiney, has had a clean record until the time he was arrested on being accused of rape charges and that he hails from a good army background.

Also the lawyer added that his custody can adversely affect the producers and directors of his unfinished Bollywood projects. The bail plea would now be heard in the court on July 3, 2009. However, the police sources are of the opinion that the handsome Bollywood actor won’t be granted this bail as the DNA reports have already confirmed that he raped his maid servant and that is in itself enough ground for the rejection of bail plea.

Film makers always succeed in finding meat for their films, no matter which case they draw inspiration from! It’s a celebration time for C-grade film-makers, who have got new source for drawing inspiration. It’s none other than Shiney Ahuja’s rape case. Even though the accused is in the jail and the judiciary has not yet passed its verdict on the case, these film-makers have got the story line. They are happy with the publicity that their under-production movie is fetching, without even spending a penny on advertising and marketing.

However, the director of the movie is not at all affected by the allegations of encashing a rape case even when the verdict is not out.  The director openly declares that any publicity is a good publicity for his low-budget project. The film has a completely unknown star cast including Divya (the victim maid servant in Shiney Ahuja’s case), Hiten Rajgour (playing Shiney in the case).

Bollywood is shocked but the news is confirmed now. The DNA tests conducted confirm the news that the star actor of Bollywood, Shiney Ahuja raped his maid servant. The actor was arrested on being accused of sexually assaulting his 18-year-old maid servant but now no more speculations as the reports have confirmed that the actor had sex with the maid.

The handsome actor was taken into police custody on June 15 and has been in judicial custody in Arthur Road jail situated in Mumbai. The DNA of Shiney Ahuja is same as the sperm found on the clothes of maid servant. The bed sheets and clothes were taken as the materials to be used for DNA tests. The interim physical examination of the maid servant had also confirmed that the maid had been sexually abused and that there were severe injuries on her private organs, which confirmed forced physical relations.

The blood and urine reports of the actor also unleashed the fact that he was not drunk or intoxicated in any form.

The Forensic reports have confirmed that the handsome Bollywood actor, Shiney Ahuja, who has been accused of raping his maid servant was not under the influence of alcohol on June 14 at the time of committing the crime.
The blood test report of the Bollywood star has been handed over to the police by the Forensic Science Laboratory, Kalina. The report says that the actor was not intoxicated when he’d have attempted the rape.

Niket Kaushik, the Zonal Deputy Commissioner of Police, revealed that the reports state that the actor had not consumed any drug or alcohol when he allegedly committed the sin of raping his maid servant. The initial phase of the investigations, however, reveals that the maid had been sexually abused.

The DNA reports and other reports are yet to arrive. On the other hand, wife of Shiney Ahuja is quite busy these days giving press conferences and shuting at the top of her klungs that her husband is innocent and that he has been framed.

Every day witnesses a new turn in Shiney Ahuja case where he has been accused of raping his maid servant. Ashok Chavan, Chief Minister of Maharashtra, revealed that now this rape case would be heard in fast track court. He declared this in the presence of Dr. Girija Vyas. She is the chairperson of the Commission for Women (NCW), which is now pursuing the case so that the justice gets dispensed to the rape victim.

The Chief Minister also unleashed the information that the rape victim would be adequately taken care of by the State Government owing to her poor financial status and that she’d be rehabilitated as per the conventions laid out by the resolution passed.

Dr. Girija declared that the medical reports of the victim confirm that she had been raped but the accused cannot be considered guilty until the court passes its verdict. She appealed to the CM that the case has a speedy trial.

This high-profile rape case has taken a new turn. The accused is a big Bollywood honchos so it’s normal to expect new turns in case every passing day. Shiney Ahuja, the renowned Bollywood actor, has been accused of raping his maid servant. However, yesterday another maid who works in actor’s home came out with a new verdict.

Sangeeta, the second maid, confirmed the actor innocent and declared that the victim had developed a liking and crush on the actor. This is the reason why she has accused the actor of raping her. This second maid has in fact issued a character certificate to the actor saying that the actor is a great human being and could have never done such a shameful act.

However, the senior police official revealed that her statement is not going to make any difference to the investigations being carried out by the police and that she might have been influenced by the actor’s family & friends owing to the power and money they possess.

Sangeeta has been serving as a maid in Shiney’s household for more than seven months now and she had known the victim for only about two weeks. She told that she left from the actor’s home for the church just 2 hours before the alleged rape took place.

Shiney Ahuja has been locked up inside a small cell where he seems to have surrendered to the charges that he has been accused of. He is stressed and looks weary & exhausted owing to the mental trauma that he is going through.

Since his arrest, he has been requesting police officers for suggesting him the legal options that he can make use of to get out of such miserable state. As revealed by one of the sources, “He came down on his knees and pleaded with the officer to forgive him. Shiney has been crying like a kid since the arrest. He said he would seek forgiveness from the maid.”

This handsome Bollywood actor has expressed his wish to meet his near & dear ones and get some home-cooked food.  Several medical tests have been conducted on him since his police arrest. Today, the DNA samples that had been taken by forensic experts from clothes of the actor and his maid servant have been sent for further investigations.

Shiney’s home was visited by a special forensic team for investigation and then sealed by the Mumbai police. DCP, Niket Kaushik revealed to the media that the medical reports of the victim confirm the charges put in FIR against the actor.
 
However, the police denied any special treatment given to this Bollywood actor and declared that he is being treated like any other individual accused and put in jail. On the other hand, 200 maids protested against Shiney Ahuja outside Oshiwara police station.

The actor was taken into police custody on Sunday night after the FIR lodged against him by his maid servant.
